Welcome to OSSARA (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including 3D printing, modelling, file uploads, quotes, and orders (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. About Our Services

OSSARA provides 3D printing services, 3D modelling, online quote submissions, ordering, payment, and delivery. You must be 13 years or older to use this website.

2. Your Account

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining your login security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login.

3. Your Uploads & Content

By uploading 3D models or other files, you confirm ownership or permission to use them, and that they are lawful. You grant us a temporary licence to access, process, and store files for fulfilling your order.

4. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are estimates valid for 14 days. Orders are confirmed only after quote acceptance, payment, and our confirmation. We may decline orders that cannot be printed, contain prohibited content, or pose safety risks.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Australia is provided by standard carriers. Delivery times vary and are estimates only.

7. Refunds, Reprints & Consumer Rights

Faulty prints due to our process may be reprinted or replaced. We do not refund for change of mind or design issues. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages from improper model design. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, subject to ACL rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Ossara. You may not copy or reuse any part without permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to create weapons, illegal items, offensive objects, or anything infringing intellectual property. Unlawful activity may be reported.

11. Service Availability

We may suspend or modify the website for maintenance. We are not liable for downtime.

12. External Services

We use Firebase (auth & storage), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). We are not responsible for outages caused by these providers.
